We will discuss all the factors that create quality sleep for your child and the stress that is seen when sleep is inadequate. The optimal sleep cycle that will best serve your child and his or her goals will be revealed. We will reveal how to help your child move into the healthier patterns that will allow for the greatest opportunity to thrive both academically and socially.
