Dear students, Olympiad participants, and science enthusiasts!
We are excited to announce that National Science Battles 2025 — a series of Kazakhstan’s largest science tournaments — is launching this fall!
This year, the event unites three major competitions:
Almaty Math Battles (AMB), Almaty Physics Battles (APhB), and National Chemical Battles (NChB).
In 2025, the tournaments will be organised in partnership with the Beyond Curriculum PF, bringing together the country’s brightest students in Maths, Physics and Chemistry
Team registration opens on October 11, 2025.

Registration deadline: 20:00 (Almaty time, UTC+5), October 24, 2025.
Selection Rounds
Almaty Math Battles (AMB)
The online selection will take place on October 25, 2025, on app.formative.com,
from 10:00 to 14:30 (Almaty time, UTC+5).
Time limit: 4 hours 30 minutes.
Almaty Physics Battles (APhB) and National Chemical Battles (NChB)
The online selection will run from 00:00 October 24 to 23:55 October 26, 2025, on app.formative.com.
Teams can begin participation at any time within this period.
Time limit: 5 hours.
All registered participants will receive detailed instructions and access links closer to the competition dates.

Final Round
The on-site final round of National Science Battles 2025 will be held from
November 28 to December 1, 2025,
at Baiterek School of Science and Technology,
94 Oraz Zhandosov Street, Almaty.
Important Information
Participants must bring a pen, notebook, and water.
Results will be announced at the venue and published on the official tournament websites.
Winners will receive valuable prizes and official National Science Battles 2025 diplomas!
