How to Apply to Haileybury Almaty
Application process
Book a School Tour or Start with the Application Form
Parents can book a school tour and consultation with our Admissions team. If you already have all the information you need, you may proceed directly to completing the application form.
Entrance Assessment Confirmation
Once we receive your application form, our team will contact you promptly to confirm receipt and invite your child for the entrance assessment. An invitation letter for the assessment, including the time and date will be sent via email.
Submit Documents and Pay the Registration Fee
After the assessment is confirmed, parents are required to:
- Submit school reports for the last two academic years and provide contact details of the child's current school for a reference request.
- Pay the non-refundable registration fee of 50,000 KZT.
Interview Stage
Shortlisted candidates will have an interview with the Head of Junior/Senior School.
Announcement of Results
Admissions decisions are shared with parents.
Enrollment Documentation
For successful candidates, parents must submit all required documents to complete the enrollment process before the start date at school.

Aylin Triumphs at the Prestigious Crown Cup International Dance Tournament
From 6–8 February, our student Aylin took part in the internationally renowned Crown Cup — an annual ballroom dance tournament held in Dubai.
