Prize-winners of the Balkan Mathematical Olympiad

We have recently informed that two of our pupils are preparing for a trip to Moldova to take part in the 36th International Balkan Mathematical Olympiad and today we are proud to announce that Shyngys and Nurtas had excellent results and received silver medals. They were just one score away from the gold medal!

We congratulate our boys on a well-deserved victory; we are proud that they represented our country among more than a hundred participants from 18 countries of the world, such as Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Cyprus, Moldova, Montenegro, Albania, Kazakhstan, Italy, Turkmenistan, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, and England. They won three silver and three bronze medals in the overall standings. The national team of Kazakhstan took  5th place in the unofficial team competition.

Congratulations to all pupils on the victory! We wish them success in their studies !
