Success Stories: Yerkezhan

At the beginning of this term, we talked about success of our 2021 graduates who have entered Ivy League universities. However, the achievements of our pupils do not end there.

Today we would like to share with you the success story of Yerkezhan, the Head Girl of Class of 2021.

Yerkezhan is currently attending Amherst College, a top liberal arts university in Massachusetts, USA. She has been accepted at 7 universities (in the US, one in Canada and one in Germany). Some have offered her partial merit-based scholarships.

Erko was actively involved in environmental and STEM projects as well as managing her duties as Editor-in-Chief. She earned top A* grades in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, Economics, and Russian. She has participated in economics and science competitions, winning silver and bronze medals, as well as global forums on gender equality and climate change.

We are very proud of Yerkezhan’s achievements and wish her continued success!
