Breaking Barriers: Insights from the TechnoGirls Motivation Day
On December 9th, together with the TechnoWomen organisation, we hosted a remarkable TechnoGirls Motivation Day. TechnoWomen members shared inspiring success stories and highlighted potential growth and development opportunities.
Young girls joined the meeting with various aspirations — some seeking career launch insights, others exploring prospective IT careers, and some driven by pure curiosity.
Many were disappointed by the existing gender division in the IT market but are now fueled with motivation to reshape this narrative. The girls asked insightful questions, networked, and exchanged contacts. A big thanks to the TechnoWomen community for empowering the next generation of female tech leaders!
