Haileybury Astana pupils have planted trees on school grounds

Environmental protection and respect for nature are fundamental to our school. They are the means to the prosperity of the world around us. Environmental sustainability maintains the environment and leads to the reduction of energy consumption.

It is the key to prosperity, which allows everyone to contribute to the development of a progressive, healthy society, where caring for our planet is the basis of everything.

Thus, on May 21, 2022, Haileybury Astana parents and pupils planted trees on the school premises. The campaign was initiated by the Haileybury Parents Association, which raised funds at the Christmas Charity Event.

One of the goals of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals is the preservation of terrestrial ecosystems. As an active and friendly school community, it was essential for us to have made a small contribution.
