Competing against 50 teams in the Informatics section, Arnur’s innovative project earned a perfect score of 300/300 from all three judges!
🩺💡 His project, “EWCAVIT: A Novel Neural Network Model Architecture for Pneumonia Diagnosis from Lung X-Ray Scans,” introduces a unique AI framework that enhances model generalisation. By leveraging Attention mechanisms, this approach allows the model to not only detect pneumonia but also potentially identify other lung diseases like COVID-19 or tuberculosis—a breakthrough in medical AI and diagnostic technology.

Aylin Triumphs at the Prestigious Crown Cup International Dance Tournament
From 6–8 February, our student Aylin took part in the internationally renowned Crown Cup — an annual ballroom dance tournament held in Dubai. This is the second consecutive year our students have participated in this prestigious competition, widely recognised as one of the most significant events in the world of competitive ballroom dance.
