Haileybury Astana Camp

Haileybury Astana Camp is a great opportunity for parents and their children to spend holidays combining learning with pleasure. The program includes team-building sports games and activities, swimming lessons, art workshops, and performing art classes. All these indoor and outdoor activities will be conducted with the English language of instruction.

Attending the camp will contribute to your child's personal development and leadership potential. Your child will experience a professional caring environment and education that will give him or her confidence and a desire to be self-sufficient.

The programme consists of one-week courses that are independent of each other, yet unique in their themes and objectives. The daily schedule starts at 9.00 a.m. and ends at 4.45 p.m. Children in Kindergarten groups have a quiet hour. Every Wednesday children see movies and cartoons in English. Each Friday children take part in a Festival with awarding ceremonies games and activities accompanied by animators.

PAST CAMPS

Spring Camp 2024

March 25 – 29, 2024

31 children aged 2-8 years old

From March 25th to 29th, our Spring Camp welcomed young adventurers aged 2 to 8 years for a week of excitement and exploration. With a diverse array of activities ranging from animator shows to swimming classes, the camp provided an immersive experience for children to learn, play, and create lasting memories.

One of the highlights of the camp was the Nauryz Celebration Party, held to commemorate the traditional Kazakh festival of Nauryz. The party was a vibrant affair, brimming with cultural richness, laughter, and joy. Campers had the opportunity to experience the customs and flavors of Nauryz through activities such as tasting traditional Nauryz Kozhe and kurt.

Winter Camp 2024

December 19 – 29, 2023

53 children aged 2-8 years old

In the Winter Camp, the young participants were immersed in a variety of engaging activities that left lasting memories. From captivating shows that showcased the talents of our little stars to dynamic sports classes that got everyone moving, the Winter Camp was a perfect blend of entertainment and physical activity. The arts and crafts sessions provided a platform for the children to unleash their creativity, resulting in an array of beautiful creations.

The grand finale of the Winter Camp was a vibrant New Year party that brought together our young attendees to celebrate newfound friendships and the cherished memories they had created during the camp. Laughter, joy, and a sense of camaraderie filled the air as the children bid farewell to the winter season.

Spring Camp 2023

March 27 – 31, 2023

37 children aged 2-5 years old

In the Spring Camp, children enjoyed a diverse range of experiences that fostered creativity, teamwork, and exploration. These activities included engaging in art contests, participating in team-building games, embarking on cinematic journeys, and enjoying entertaining programs prepared by animation artists.

The campers also had the chance to showcase their artistic talents, celebrate victories, and embrace cultural diversity by wearing national costumes during our camp feast dedicated to the Nauryz Holiday, featuring a cooking of delectable menu of pizza, cupcakes, and fruit salad. These enriching moments are a testament to the vibrant and memorable camp adventures we offer.

Summer Camp 2023

June 26 – July 28, 2023

144 children aged 2-13 years old

Haileybury Astana Summer Camp has been a wonderful opportunity for parents and their children to combine holidays with enriching experiences. The program featured a diverse range of activities conducted in English. Wednesdays brought English-language films and cartoons, while Fridays featured festivals with award ceremonies, games, and activities guided by our enthusiastic animators.

For younger children aged 2-7, our program consisted of five one-week courses with distinct themes and objectives. Older children, aged 8-13, participated in 2 seasons of the 3-week Digital Media Camp, which incorporated the same daily activities along with workshops in Mobilography, SMM, and Blogging. Each week is built upon the last, culminating in a product or service ready for sale and presentation at a festive fair. It was a term filled with growth, learning, and fun for all participants.
