"World of Equal Opportunities" at Haileybury Astana

Yesterday, we had an opportunity to welcome Nurgul Ulzhekova, the founder of the “World of Equal Opportunities” fund. The organization works on promoting and developing sports among children with special needs in Kazakhstan. For today the fund has opened sports sections in 10 cities in our country.

Nurgul Ulzhekova held an assembly for our Junior and Senior School pupils where she talked about adaptive sports games for people with special needs and gave pupils and teachers a chance to try playing them.

Haileybury Astana expresses gratitude to Nurgul Ulzhekova for the fund’s contribution to raising awareness about adaptive games and holding an interactive session. We are happy to announce that she will attend on Haileybury Day, and is planning to hold another round of unique games.
