The first Astana Physics Battles held at Haileybury Astana

On the 11th and 12th of November, we proudly hosted Astana Physics Battles, marking the first-of-its-kind physics competition in Central Asian countries.

Drawing in over 450 participants from across Kazakhstan and neighboring countries, this new format showcased the passion and dedication of physics enthusiasts.

Despite the youth of organizers and judges, we were astounded by their remarkable achievement in raising over 650,000 tenge for the prize fund. The two days were bustling with activity, and we took great joy in contributing to the development of a young community of scientists in Kazakhstan.
