iMake is a project-based session in which Y7 - Y9 pupils create their own pathway towards the final goal. They develop leadership, creativity, initiative, and organizational skills in a setting that reflects a professional work environment rather than a classroom.

Pupils have to work on one project, which will last the whole year. Theme of this entire project is the UN sustainability goals, so students have got a bigger focus to work on. There are 20 or 22 year groups, they will choose which one of the Sustainability Goals they want, so every class will have a different project.

Currently, pupils were not given any roles, we are just watching how everyone is communicating. Who is the person that makes everything come together, who is the problem solver, who has got not typical ideas.

Pupils are learning skills they will need but they don't know what for yet. And hopefully it will all come together.
