Haileybury Astana students have raised 400,000 tenge today for medical therapy and treatment of a two-year old boy, named Vadim, who lives in Ekibastuz. He suffers from epileptic encephalopathy, cerebral palsy and partial atrophy of the optic nerve. Vadim suffers from spasms, cramps and endless convulsions. His family seeks for help because they cannot afford the medical treatment in the DRR clinic in Berlin.
Thank you to our student Kamilla who organised the Charity Whip Round and to everyone for donating.
