Scholarships for 13-year-old pupils (2024-2028 academic year)

Haileybury Astana provides Scholarships to external pupils for the entire period of study whilst at school. These opportunities are open to citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have reached the age of 13 on 01.09.2024, and fully or partially cover financial expenses while studying at school.

Conditions for winning a School Scholarship

- The date of birth of the candidate must fall between September 1, 2010, to August 31, 2011.

- High academic performance in their previous school. English level: Upper – Intermediate/B2

- Successful completion of subject testing (Stage I and II).

- Successful completion of an interview with the school leadership team.

- Submission of all necessary financial documents.

Competition Terms and Period

Application submission – from 29.01.2024 to 26.02.2024

Candidates who have submitted their applications on time will be invited to the subject testing at the school. Details of the test will be sent later.

Stages of the competition

• Application submission
• Subject testing - English, Mathematics, Science (March 2, 2024)
• CAT4 test and CEFR test
• Final interviews with candidates
• Submission of documents regarding of family financial statements
• Announcement of results
